a.) After you complete the questionnaire, in 5 working days we will send you a nutrition plan, developed for 4 weeks and it will be adapted to your food and lifestyle.
The 8 workouts in the BecomeFit Online package will take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM (CEST) on the ZOOM platform, and it will be about 60 minutes on every session. In our sessions we will occasionally use dumbbells and mat.
Our personal trainer will constantly check the progress of each participant and will regularly adapt the exercises to the new parameters of your goals. In this way the results will come faster and we will be more productive.
We will always be in contact via WhatsApp and have access to our Become Fit community where we will answer your questions about the program and nutrition plan.
