Se mai las\u0103 10 minute dup\u0103 ce apa ajunge \u00een punctul de fierbere, apoi se scurge apa \u0219i se las\u0103 la r\u0103cit.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centr-un bol se amestec\u0103 uleiul de m\u0103sline, o\u021betul, zeama de l\u0103m\u00e2ie, un praf de sare \u0219i usturoiul.<\/li>\n<li>Amestecul se adaug\u0103 \u00een quinoa, al\u0103turi de ro\u0219ia, castravetele \u0219i p\u0103trunjelul t\u0103iate.
