C\u00e2nd s-a r\u0103cit se m\u0103run\u021be\u0219te bine \u00een blender.<\/p>\n<p>-couscous-ul se pune \u00eentr-un bol \u0219i se acoper\u0103 cu 60 de ml de ap\u0103 clocotit\u0103. Peste bol se adaug\u0103 un strat de folie alimentar\u0103 \u0219i se las\u0103 acoperit 5 minute. Apoi se amestec\u0103 bine cu o furculi\u021b\u0103, pentru a nu r\u0103m\u00e2ne lipit.<\/p>\n<p>-se adaug\u0103 broccoli-ul tocat, br\u00e2nza feta, usturoiul, menta, chili-ul, ou\u0103le, sare \u0219i piper peste couscous \u0219i se amestec\u0103 bine<\/p>\n<p>-se \u00eenc\u0103lze\u0219te o lingur\u0103 de ulei de m\u0103sline \u00eentr-o tigaie\u00a0 \u0219i se pune la pr\u0103jit o lingur\u0103 \u0219i jum\u0103tate din amestec.
