Amesteca\u021bi \u0219i pune\u021bi deoparte .<\/p>\n<p>-pentru urm\u0103torul pas ve\u021bi preg\u0103ti 5 buc\u0103\u021bi de sparanghel la foc mare ,\u00eentr-o tigaie cu 2 linguri de ulei de susan . A\u0219tepta\u021bi p\u00e2n\u0103 sparanghelul devine moale .<\/p>\n<p>-\u00een aceea\u0219i tigaie preg\u0103ti\u021bi ciupercile tocate la foc mare ( 300 de grame ) al\u0103turi de 3 c\u0103\u021bei de usturoi zdrobi\u021bi , 1 linguri\u021b\u0103 de ghimbir tocat \u0219i 1 lingur\u0103 de ulei . L\u0103sa\u021bi-le pe foc p\u00e2n\u0103 devin moi.<\/p>\n<p>-c\u00e2nd sunt gata \u00eentr-un bol mai mare a\u0219eza\u021bi : 55-60 de grame de spanac ,60-70 de grame de somon , sparanghelul , ciupercile \u0219i un morcov feliat .
