L\u0103sa\u021bi legumele s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 devin moi (sfat : nu arunca\u021bi apa fiart\u0103 de la legume).<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; \u00eentre timp , \u00eentr-o tigaie pune\u021bi la pr\u0103jit urm\u0103toarele ingrediente : 2 linguri\u021be de semin\u021be de chimen , un ardei iute t\u0103iat m\u0103runt \u0219i l\u0103sa\u021bi-le pe foc timp de un minut . Continua\u021bi mai departe cu : 600 de cartofi , 140 de grame de linte ro\u0219ie , 2 linguri de ulei si 125 de ml de lapte .
