Oameni buni, nu! Poti sa mananci orice tip de carne vrei, mai putin mezeluri, dar in cantitati acceptabile. Daca depasesti 200 de grame deja ai o problema, iar daca langa bucata de carne, ai o salata sau legume facute la tigaie fara ulei, este mai mult decat sanatos pentru tine. Asta nu inseamna sa mananci in fiecare zi coaste, dar decat fructe seara, mai bine un cotlet la pranz inainte de antrenament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum le prepari:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>-se curata coastele de piele si se lasa se se scurga dupa ce au fost spalate<\/li>\n<li>-se condimenteaza cu sare piper si condimente speciale pentru carne de miel<\/li>\n<li>-se pun intr-o tigaie unsa cu ulei pana se rumenesc<\/li>\n<li>-dupa acre se stropesc cu vin se arunca 2 linguri de ierburi peste ele si se pun la cuptor<\/li>\n<li>-in tava poti pune rondele de ceapa si morcovi<\/li>\n<li>-cu 15 min inainte de a se opri cuptorul se stropesc cu putin vin si se presara usturoi pisat si rozmarin peste ele<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mentiune:<\/strong>*Noi le recomandam o garnitura din salata sau muraturi<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advice:<\/strong>Nu manca tot din farfurie<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Auzi tot timpul in stanga si in dreapta, nu manca\u00a0carne grasa, mananca numai pui, curcan si peste daca vrei sa slabesti.
