Vita tavalita prin cuptor pana se bronzeaza si asezata pe un sezlong din legume de firma. Ca aiba un parfum placut, da-i un jet de vinegreta si arunca pudra de condimente peste ele.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum il preparam:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211; vita tinuta in baitz din condimente &#8211; o lingura de vin (sigur ai ceva rosu in casa) + suc de lamaie + aceto balsamico + sos de soia daca ai (daca nu nu-i bai) + boia dulce + apa minerala + rozmarin si cimbru &#8211; las-o cateva ore, chiar poti sa o pui in baitz inainte sa pleci la job<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; dupa cateva ore o scoti din baitz si o\u00a0pui la cuptor (daca o vrei tare, gen talpa de bocanc sau well done, cum se spune) poti sa o tragi la wok pana face o usoara crusta pe margine<\/li>\n<li>daca o vrei frageda, trage-o la wok 2,3 minute pe fiecare parte si dupa aseaza-o in cuptor pe o tava unde ai deja hartie de copt unsa cu ulei. Dupa ce ai asezat-o in tava pune 2,3 linguri din baitz-ul in care a stat<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; garnitura din salata, ceapa, rosii le poti trage la wok cateva minute, arunca si sare peste ele<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mentiune:<\/strong>*Daca vrei sa-ti iasa bine ocupa-te de ea<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advice:<\/strong> Nu manca tot din farfurie<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pregateste-te pentru ceva buuuun.
