Agree, si va intelegem daca o sa ne spuneti ca este genul de masa pentru care nu puteti opta intotdeauna. Probabil pentru o farfurie de genu&#8217; la restaurant platesti un minim de 45 de lei, dar acasa poti ajunge la mai putin de 20 de romanesti. Este genul de dish pe care il propunem rar tocmai pentru ca nu este atat de accesibil, ce-i drept asa il si recomandam, rar, dar si cand vorbim despre el ne trece un fio&#8230;mmm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum il preparam:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-fierbe sparangelul in apa pana devine usor flexibil &#8211; adauga si putina sare in apa de fierbere<\/p>\n<p>-fierbe crevetii (de preferat jumbo) dar nu mai mult de 4-5 minute &#8211; si aici poti adauga putina sare in apa de fierbere<\/p>\n<p>-dupa fierbere arunca sparanghelul impreuna cu crevetii intr-o tigaie<\/p>\n<p>-pune o lingura de ulei inainte si 2-3 condimente (iti sugerez si fulgi de chili)<\/p>\n<p>-lasa focul iute cat sa\u00a0prinda ambele alimente o usoara crusta<\/p>\n<p>Te invidiem: <em>deli&#8230;mmm si sana&#8230;mmm<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mentiune:<\/strong> *daca ai antrenament intens la 2-3 ore dupa aceasta masa iti recomadam sa te bucuri de ea.<\/p>\n<div><strong>Advice:<\/strong> Nu manca tot din farfurie<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hmmm, stim este deli&#8230;.mmm, dar in acelasi timp si putin mai scump.
